SUPERFIT is an ongoing small group training class at the Westlake Recreation Center designed to improve joint mobility, muscle stabilization and muscle force production. Every eight weeks individuals are assessed to measure improvement. Safety is priority one! You will learn why we need to move well before we ever try to get strong. How to properly grab a bar! How to engage your core to lift and increase range of motion. After eight weeks you can consider yourself SUPERFIT compared to before.


SUPERFIT uses proven techniques that Jeremy is certified to provide, has studied and developed over the last two decades. This class is geared towards individuals forty and over looking to restore strength that they have lost form the aging process.


Why OFP SUPERFIT small group training? Because not knowing what you are doing and just going to the gym, is like using a hammer to change a light bulb.
