Nick Mosley has over 12 years of experience as a muscle activation techniques specialist working with elite talent in the NFL, MLB, in NHL and has helped many players labeled injury prone get back to the field. Nick also holds multiple degrees in exercise science and as a certified occupational therapy assistant. Recently Nick became one of six MAT Rx wrist, hand and foot specialist in the state of Ohio and will be traveling back to Denver to start the full body MAT Rx courses in June. Soon after implementing theses strategies strategies my clients they were able to get back to walking or running further, seeing better results from their corrective exercises, competing at a higher level in their sports, and more range of motion and greater strength in their exercise programs.

Nick recently made a decision to move back home to Cleveland from Foxboro, MA where he was working with several players from the New England Patriots over the past five years. In his spare time Nick enjoy seeking out new information and is working towards completing the resistance training specialist course (RTS), precision human nutrition, in the Dorsavi assessment process in the near future.

Being involved in football has always been a passion and nick enjoys coaching his nephew in youth football in his hometown of Vermillion and helping to complete the vision shared by our late Coach Matt Kobal of turning the program around. Muscle Activation Techniques in Westlake
