OFP Programs

 

OFP offers three types of personal training programs:  Accountability, Consultation, and Specialty Sessions all built on the principles of motivation, time management, and direction.

We begin each program with a complete fitness evaluation including: Body fat analysis, tape measurements, VO2 treadmill test, muscular strength test,  flexibility test, review of nutrition, BMR evaluation, healthy eating tips, & more. Each trainers approach to each client is different.

Accountability Programs  Longterm prgrams built around progression and designed to adapt as your body responds to exercise. Available in 24, 36, 48, and 100 session packages designed around your limitations and tailored to your goals.

Consultation Programs  Ideal for beginners looking for direction and guidance, or the seasoned veteran looking to spice things up. Available in 4, 8, and 12 session packages.

Specialty Sessions This is an affordable way to add to your existing program. We promise these programs will take your current routine to the next level.
